Department of Defense Satisfaction Surveys

The most important stakeholders in the health care industry are our patients, who are our consumers. Customers are the raison d'etre of health care. Without them the health care industry does not have a reason to exist. There is a movement across the industry to improve our customer service, as with all other commercial service industries in America. Every other service industry caters to the consumer. When we deliver primiere health care without visible bureacracy, we will have suceeded. There is no better measure of sucess than our patient satisfaction surveys.  We can identify system and individual challenges. They are as integral a part of the future of health care as quality hospitals themselves. With them we will continue our quest to provide the best health care possible, and they will show us how.
